About CAPAHC
About CAPAHC
On a provincial scale, CAPAHC positions itself as a reference organization for all those affected by HCV.
We offer training in hepatitis C spécialisées to destination professionals working with communities affected by the virus, as well as social and prison interveners wishing to deepen their knowledge and improve their practice.
Our mission includes global health promotion through information programs, awareness and education. These initiatives aim to strengthen understanding of the disease and encourage preventive behaviour.
Thanks to our provincial and prison concertation committees, we maintain spaces for inclusive exchange with an extensive network of partners. Together, we fight against stigmatization and plaidons pour des actions visant à harmoniser et améliorer l’offre de services, both regionally and in prisons, for people living with HCV.
Our resources, our specific tools, our workshops and our brochures for the general public allow us to reach a wide audience and diverse communities. Finally, as part of a dedicated project, we are also able to offer a comprehensive personalized accompaniment to guide people to healing.
