In this\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldhepatitisday.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Hepatitis Day<\/a>, we wanted to take a look back at this topic with a focus on Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The AHC report is around forty pages long. Canada signed the WHO Global Health Sector Strategy for Viral Hepatitis (2016-2021). Several documents have since been released to support and expand on this document and its goals, including<br>- The Public Health Agency of Canada's Framework for Action (2018) and Action Plan (2019);<br>\u2013 The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canhepc.ca\/sites\/default\/files\/media\/documents\/modele_directeur_vhc_2019_05.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cGuiding model to inform hepatitis C elimination efforts in Canada\u201d.<\/a>\u00a0(2019) produced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canhepc.ca\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canadian Hepatitis C Network<\/a> and several partners.<br>The AHC has grouped the objectives in these documents and used them as a basis for establishing hepatitis C progress.
